Ronky The Monster Of Lake Ronkonkoma New York

It was a Sunday in Summer of 2009 went I first saw Ronky with my own eyes. I had heard stories of Ronky here and there, They had come to me in Whispers really. The History of Ronky has been a well kept secret for Hundreds maybe Thousands of years. I had spent weeks watching this lake in Lake Ronkonkoma on Long Island in New York State. This day I was driving around going past one of the many Parks and Beaches around the lake. While I was going North on Lake Shore Road I saw something in the water out of the corner of my eye, but after weeks of watching this lake I thought it was just someone out on another blow up raft and didn’t really think much of it !

As I was passing the Dinning Hall “Windows on the Lake” there is an opening where Guests can get a good look at the lake. I looked over and I saw what I had though to be a raft a few seconds before was the creature. I though to myself this could just be another hoax! After years of searches and hunts leading to nothing but dead ends I was not going to get my hopes up to fast. I slowed down and watched as the Creature swam around the lake enjoying itself! I was a little scared but at the same time I could not stop myself from smiling thinking this was really it!

I drove around the lake following along with “Ronky” at some point I pulled into a parking lot and walked onto one of the beaches. I slowly got my Camera out fearing as soon as I went to take the picture the creature would disappear. I snapped a shot, checked it in the review mode of the Camera and I could not believe I had captured a perfect shot of the Creature that no one could dispute the authenticity of ! When I looked back at the Lake Ronky was gone.

Over the next few days I carefully started asking the locals in the area if they had ever seen something weird in the Lake? It seems that to everyone in Lake Ronkonkoma Ronky is well known. He is not a myth or urban legend here. He is just another Member of the Village! I have been told there are two Differences between Nessie in Scotland’s Loch ness and Ronky in New York’s Lake Ronkonkoma. One Ronky is real and Two Ronky is protected by the Locals and his name is not defiled for tourist money.

There are many stories of Ronky that go back Hundreds of years. The one I found most interesting was a story that happened about 15 years ago. It seems there was an expedition sent to look into and map the depths and some underwater streams under Lake Ronkonkoma. This expedition never happened. The Official Story given was the expedition ran out of Money and was going to come back when they got more funds. I was told by an old time resident that wishes her Identity to remain a secret that the real story is a group called the “Keepers of the Lake” told the expiation in no uncertain terms it would be in their best interested for them to leave and not come back!!!

The people of Lake Ronkonkoma have kept this Monster Ronky loved and Protected for many years! I respect and sympathize with them, but I have spent my adult life and most of my families fortune searching for a creature like Ronky. This is my job and I must share this with the world. I have received many threats not to print this story! I have posted it here to go out to these newsgroups if I do not reset the settings at least once a week. If you are reading this there is a good chance something has happen to me. Please do not let what I have spent my life hunting for go unheard of ! Ronky is there in that Lake!

The One Where Heckles Dies: Chandler breaks up with a woman because her nostrils are too big–yet another superficial reason to avoid a real relationship. Mr. Heckles complains again about the noise–it’s disturbing his birds (he could have birds). Phoebe, Rachel, and Joey impersonate Janice. Mr. Heckles dies, apparently while hitting his ceiling with a broom because of the noise from above. Phoebe doesn’t believe in evolution, which bothers Ross enough that he feels he has to convince her of the theory. Rachel and Monica inherit all of Mr. Heckles earthly possesions; while clearing out his apartment, they discover that Heckles was quite a funny guy in his time. Chandler is upset to find how much he has in common with Mr. Heckles, and in his determination not to die alone, he calls Janice… only to find out that she’s married and pregnant. While trying to decide which of Heckles’ things to keep, Rachel realizes that Monica doesn’t consider the apartment to be “their” apartment.

The One With Phoebe’s Husband: Phoebe turns out to be married to Duncan, a gay friend who needed a green card. Phoebe did love him, and finds those feelings returning. Now (six years later) he’s back and needs a divorce. Turns out he’s not gay, and is getting married to someone else. The revelation of Phoebe’s secret marriage prompts several other discoveries: The underwear on the telephone pole outside is Monica’s, from when she had sex with Fun Bobby on the terrace; Chandler has a third nipple; Joey was in a porn movie (which they then watch). Ross is nervous about the prospect of having sex for the first time with Julie. He approaches Rachel for advice; her own interest in Ross keeps her from being completely honest, and she tries her best to see that it doesn’t happen.

The One With The List: Chandler gets a new computer. Ross is depressed about having to chose between Julie and Rachel. Chandler suggests they make a list of pros and cons, which somehow never makes it past the cons. Ross choses Rachel, but then she finds the list and decides she doesn’t want to be with Ross anymore. Monica’s finds a new job creating Thanksgiving recipes for Mockolate, a synthetic chocolate substitute.

The One With The Lesbian Wedding: Carol and Susan are getting married; Ross doesn’t want to attend, but when Carol’s parent’s don’t approve of the wedding, Ross convinces her that she should do it anyway, and he gives away the bride. Or rather, one of the brides. Monica caters the wedding, but falls behind and recruits everyone to help. Joey’s begins appearing in Days of Our Lives as Dr. Drake Ramoray. One of Phoebe’s customer’s dies on the massage table, and her spirit enter’s Phoebe’s body so she can attend to unfinished business. Rachel’s mother comes to visit, then announces she’s thinking about leaving Rachel’s father. Ugly Naked Guy plays the Cello.

The One Where Ross And Rachel… You Know: Joey buys a big screen TV and two leather reclining chairs; he and Chandler don’t move from them for days. Phoebe helps Monica cater a party at the home of Dr. Richard Burke, an old friend of the Gellers, who recently divorced. Despite their age difference, Richard and Monica begin dating. Ross and Rachel begin dating. One of their dates is interrupted when Ross is paged to the museum. By the time he’s done with work, their plans are ruined, so they spend the night together in the museum. Joey and Chandler watch Beavis and Butthead.

The One Where Dr. Ramoray Dies: Chandler’s roommate, Eddie, begins to show signs of instability: He’s obsessed with his ex-girlfriend; he accuses Chandler of sleeping with her, and of killing his fish. Richard wonders how many men Monica’s been with, after Phoebe announces that it’s been “a lot.” This leads Ross and Rachel to a similar discussion. Monica has Richard sleep over on the same night that Rachel has Ross sleep over. Unfortunately, there’s only one condom in the apartment. Joey’s claim in Soap Opera Digest that he writes a lot of his own lines angers the show’s writer, who decides to have Dr. Ramoray fall down an elevator shaft.

The One Where Old Yeller Dies: Phoebe discovers that her mother used to shield her from the sad parts of movies, like Old Yeller. She rents all the movies her mother used to show her, and gets rather depressed and pessimistic. Ross, bothered that he’s missing significant steps in Ben’s development, takes Ben for a weekend. Ben says his first words. At Monica’s request, Chandler and Joey start spending time hanging out with Richard. Then they try to be more like Richard: Joey smokes cigars and Chandler grows a mustache. Richard starts to talk and dress like Chandler. They end up spending too much time together, until Richard discovers they view him as a father figure, rather than one of the guys. Rachel finds out that Ross has his future with her all planned out, and she panics.

The One With Two Parties: Rachel’s surprise birthday party is split in two to keep her divorcing parents from running into each other. Monica makes flan instead of cake. Phoebe smuggles guests out of Monica’s boring party and into Chandler and Joey’s raging celebration.

10 of the Funniest Sitcoms in History

January 7th, 2010 Wayne Torres No comments

Three’s Company: This show started in the 1970s and was a surprise hit. A guy pretending to be gay and living with 2 women was very provocative back then. Maybe even taboo to many during that era.

Nine. The Dick Van Dyke Show. Just about everybody on this show was hilarious. An absolute classic.

Eight. Arrested Development. Ron Howard was this cable tv show’s creator. Based on the daily lives of the very funny Bluth family who lost their family business due to corruption..

It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia. Hilarious show with very entertaining characters and interesting stories. The plotlines of this show are much deeper than most comedies out there.

Six. I Love Lucy. Possibly the most popular sitcom of all time. Since first airing in 1951, the reruns of this show have been non-stop.

Five. Curb Your Enthusiasm. From the creator of Seinfeld, Larry David, is brilliant when playing his selfish and grossly politically incorrect alter ego. Very profane language.

4. The Simpsons. 20 years! That’s an insane amount of time yet every single episode has been hilarious. Homer, Bart, Marge, Lisa, and Maggie have provided us with laughs all this time.

3. All In The Family. Ground breaking stuff in this hilarious sitcom. Not your typical kind of humor but you’ll laugh just the same.

2. Seinfeld. The funniest sitcom of all time? Many believe so even down to the very last episode.

The Honeymooners. How funny can 4 characters in a kitchen be? Apparently, very funny. Insanely funny in fact and this show is still being aired on television for that very fact.
